Aikido 

Another Japanese martial  it's aikido. karate focus on punch and kick. but Aikido not focusing  on punching or kicking  Aikido on using their own human energy for gain control of them or to push them away from us. aikido has very atractive and great dynamics of movement.It's great Japanese art.
